Mr. Birla qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989 and has over 25 years of composite experience in servicing large and medium sized clients in the areas of Audits & Corporate Finance. He has extensive experience in advising clients on financial restructuring and rehabilitation and has co-ordinated with a multitude of lenders, both in the public & private sector. He has also been involved in due diligences, business & enterprise valuations and mergers & acquisitions.
During the course of his career, Mr. Birla has developed specific expertise in Management Consulting & Capital Raising. Currently, he is also involved in Responsibility Advisory, CSR Advisory, Insolvency & Bankruptcy assignments.
