Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Vijay Maheshwari began his career in 1976 by laying down the foundation of this partnership firm.

He is an eminent figure in professional and industrial circles having extensive experience in areas of audit, corporate finance, valuation and financial restructuring.  He has widely acknowledged for his contribution in driving client and banking relationships and providing innovative financial solutions.

Mr Maheshwari is also an approved Valuer under sub-section 2 of section 34AB of the Wealth Tax Act, 1957.
