Mr. Amit Hundia possesses the good amount of post qualification experience. He began his career with Haribhakti & Co. Apart from being a Chartered Accountant; he is also a qualified Company Secretary & Law Graduate.

 He possesses the sound technical knowledge of Accounting Standards, Companies Act, 1956, Income Tax Act, 1961 and various other provisions of laws.

 He has a very wide exposure in the statutory & tax audits and has worked upon various business segments. Manufacturing, Real Estate & Infrastructure, NBFC, Insurance Company, Mutual Fund, Venture Capital are key business segments. He is also instrumental in carrying the IPO’s (Initial Public Offering Assignment) of certain companies, going for listing, carried out the merger / demerger of companies in accordance with the compliance of Accounting Standards, Companies Act, 1956 & Income Tax Act, 1961.
